I have made a fool of myself in front of many guys that I had a crush on. My face turns red so easily and I fluster my words. Then, I analyze hours later on what I should have said and should have done. After that, I listen to Avril detail all my embarrassment in my workout as I hope the next time I see him I will have some composure.

You have a wall up that many people can get over. But one day, you meet the one person who breaks right through it. Jam out as you picture you guys growing old together.

I’m not a huge fan of country music, but I am of Shania. Her songs help me workout best when I’m feeling happy and free. Perfect song played when it took forever to find your significant other, but they were worth the wait.
“Why can’t I” - Liz Phair
Ah, the beginning of a relationship: butterflies in your stomach, always smiling, constantly texting, etc. It’s the wonderful time before the problems begin. So use this catchy tune for a steady workout, if you can ever pry yourself away from each other to exercise that is.
“Everywhere” - Michelle Branch
This works terrifically for long distance couples. You miss them and you think of them all the time. Distract yourself with this song and a workout.
“Nothing heals me like you do” - Heather Nova
You should play this after a long day and all you want to be with them. Have an awesome workout and then you can cuddle (after you shower of course).
