Love gives you wings! Whenever I have the love bug (or not feeling pessimistic about the subject), I believe these songs workout best. Back to more great workout songs! I will post some of my favorite warm-up/cool down songs later on, but I think you should find some songs that are really special for you to use. That way you can have something to look forward to! I would also like to suggest that you use different songs for warm-ups and cool downs than your actual workout.
